Eugenia Smith, who has been teaching dancing for more than 45 years, is the owner of two successful dance studios with large preschool dance departments.

With her lively songs and dances, which are now available to others on CD's and videos, she has created a positive atmosphere where learning to dance is fun and exciting. This enthusiasm, which begins in the preschool classes, continues as the students grow up dancing at the studio, resulting in numerous scholarships for students and awards in competitions at regional and nation al conventions. Former students dance professionally in theater, TV, movies, theme parks, and more.

Her son, Christopher Smith, LA dancer and choreographer, and owner and director of Hollywood Vibe Dance Conventions teaches at numerous conventions throughout the country. Her daughter, Holly Humphreys, who also danced professionally, is a specialist in teaching preschool and young children's dance as well as advanced classes in jazz and lyrical also at numerous conventions.

Besides her many years of teaching dance, Eugenia Smith's degree in education and her experiences as a public school teacher have also influenced her creation of Dancing School Kids™ products for dance education. In April, 2002, Eugenia Smith as inducted in the Western New York Dance Hall of Fame.

Eugenia Smith has written articles on preschool dance for Dance Magazine, Dance Teacher Magazine and Goldrush Magazine.
